I've been wanting to do a triptych for a while, and also been wanting to draw something for my fabulous course coordinator from uni for a while, so when inspiration hit for both things last night this was the result :D I've got it in nice high res so I can get that printed all shiny at work then frame it somehow.

This was fun :D Took a bit of figuring out to know how I wanted to do the leaves on the edges, but I think that works. They look like leaves so I'll leave 'em at that. The tree trunk was most fun, all swishy and stark against the grey.

So~ yes. Triptych!

God the leaf with the water dripping down it is AMAZING. It looks so REAL. I love it sooooo much. Omg.

I like the full image too. I would love a tree like that. I think that picture would be awesome in my future orange/brown living room.
