Lin and Aeia with the new goddess of fire, Hhafai! I wrote all about her in her character profile so read about her there. She's usually depicted holding out a little flame in offering. I like how her smoke-hair comes out every time, the lick of fire around the hairline and how it glows all through hinting at that dangerous fire behind all the smoke.

I really tried to go for the ethereal, other-worldly look with this one, one made of smoke and fire, one of water and one of sand and heat. A sort of where does element end and goddess begin kind of look, which is a really good way of getting out of drawing six hands and six feet in one picture, hah. Also continuing to have fun with these new brushes I have and trying out the oils here, which have a particularly good texture which loses quite a bit when shrunk for the internet, sadly. The smeariness of it was really fun to work with, tho, and how the tip stayed 'dirty' so when you put it down again it still had some of the colour from the previous stroke stuck to the brush. Very neat.

The goddesses are always depicted faceless, so the viewer sees the face that fits their stage in life.
