Saltlake

It's a saltlake! Cos. Stuff. I need to work on backgrounds, and since drawing a figure and adding a background to it will be halfarsed at best, I'm going to see about working on landscapes on their own. Naturally with such an exercise I default to good old Raykin, partly because it's a desert so it's easy to start off with, partly because virtually all my characters live there.

So yeah~ somewhere in the Aussie desert which could equally be somewhere in the Raykinian desert. I have no idea where. I ganked a photo from dA and copied it as best I could while still being halfarsed =D; The sand is so much shit, and the bushes are predominantly random scribbles in different icky greens until they started looking like bushes. Still, the only way is up! Presumably.

The whole thing I did with just a round brush of varying sizes, except the bush at the front because I got lazy and didn't want to draw a million leaves. No blurring or smudging or anything, just straight out brush =D My god I love my tablet *T~T*

The twiggy things were fun.
