Flannel Flower

I'm so original with my titles you can't believe it. Obviously, this is Flannel Flower, a character who was originally just a random character to fill in space in a genesis_500 fic, but has now very much turned into a character in her own right. She's the main character in my NaNo for 2006, Bouquet.

Course, being a mountain girl, she probably doesn't go assassinating in shortshorts and a bra, but I liked the pose and didn't feel like covering it up with too many clothes XD; Not like she's got much boobage or hips to show off anyway. But yeah, drawn in front of the cricket with no references or anything, but despite that I think it came out quite well =D Not so happy with her left hip-bum-thigh area, but whatever.

For the curious, I attempted a similar pose several years back, in the bowling-ball-and-toothpick era. I love seeing improvement like that XD

Also! Flannel Flower's colour is actually red, which I only remembered after I'd finished colouring both pics. Thankfully I can change the Photoshop one after it's gone down in green and gold, but the pencil one... oops XD;
