Arctic Black



Mostly done in MS Paint, but with some other program that could smudge, completely forget what it was. Photo Editor maybe? I dunno. Anyway, I had some better way of colouring. This was done as a request for the banner of a site that never actually got up. Meh. Not too bad, I guess. Still hadn't figured out how to draw wings nicely tho.
