My cute little party girl, Fali :D Who, despite me always dying her stuff green on GW, barely ever wears green because it reminds her of work. Here she is in Kazinian batik, because she loves exotic stuff, especially Kazinian. This batik is more of-the-people than what I've been drawing up til now, because it may shock you to know Fali is not Kazinian royalty. So this is cotton and with just a pattern in a single colour made with a stamp rather than the meticulous hand-painted, many-coloured stuff I've been doing. Of course, take it to Raykin and it triples in price and becomes something pretty special. Cotton isn't common in Raykin, since it's a very tropical tree and Raykin's just fine with their own linen. Cotton's finer and whiter, but not a big enough step up in quality for it to make it worth the extra cost. Unless it's batik, cos then you're paying for the pattern as much as the fabric.

I saw someone make a bracelet, I think it was, like Fali's necklace once on a doco, taking this molten stream of silver and squiggling it in a continuous line. It was very cool.
